Print Media Decline and Renewal
I am a former print media journalist. I love the print media – there is just something about holding a newspaper in your hands, picking through the sections and working the crossword that feels good, and feels right. But, in the past decade or so the world has become inundated with new technology, and as a result, the print media has been in decline. The advent of online news sources coupled with a business model that is no longer working has required the print media to find a way to regenerate in order to prosper, or at least survive. This project addresses these issues and more, and proposes solutions for print media to bounce back from its recent downturn.
