PR Case Studies: Jack in the Box


Jack in the Box underwent a rebrand in 2009, leaving behind its logo that had been attached to the company since 1980. Many customers met the decision with disdain, and even now some franchise locations have not done away with the old brand logo and look. This paper debates the positives and negatives which have resulted from the rebrand.
